This stepper motor driver is developed for variable capacitor rotor turning. It is delivered with the 28BYJ 5V motor with ULN2003A driver module.
It incorporates an Arduino Nano already programmed and the ULN2003A driver and 9V battery. It can be powered with said battery or with any other source from 5V to 12V.
With the three buttons, we can select 4 movements:
The two slow ones are very slow for a very fine adjustment since the type of antenna for which this controller and capacitor are intended has a very narrow bandwidth and the adjustment of the capacitor requires very slow movements.
This driver is based on the one designed by EA7GIB, EA5GVK and EA7GWD although the code has been modified.
It is delivered complete and programmed including the motor, ready to connect to the capacitor.
